Effective 2026-06-06. This Privacy Policy explains how Scarpati Enterprises Inc. (“PeakPro”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with the PeakPro Service.
Account & billing: name, business name, email, phone, and payment details (processed by our payment processor — we do not store full card numbers). Customer Data: the work-order, customer, crew, scheduling, document, and messaging data you enter. Usage & device: log data, IP address, browser/device info, and cookies for authentication, security, and analytics.
To provide, secure, and improve the Service; to process payments and manage subscriptions; to send service, billing, and (with your settings) product communications; to provide support; to detect fraud and abuse; and to comply with law.
We share with service providers that help us run the Service (e.g., hosting, payments via Stripe, SMS via Twilio, email, mapping, and AI providers), bound by confidentiality and data-protection obligations. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information to comply with law or protect rights and safety, and in connection with a merger or acquisition.
Each tenant’s data is logically isolated and scoped to that tenant. We do not use one tenant’s Customer Data to serve another tenant.
We use strictly necessary cookies for login and security, and limited analytics cookies to improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser, though some features may not work without them.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards (including encryption in transit and access controls). No system is perfectly secure. We retain information for as long as your account is active and as needed for legal, accounting, and legitimate-business purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing (e.g., under GDPR or CCPA/CPRA). To exercise these rights, contact support@peakproapp.com. We will respond as required by applicable law. Where you are an end customer of one of our tenants, please contact that tenant (the data controller) first.
We operate in the United States; if you access the Service from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to and processed in the U.S.
The Service is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13/16; we do not knowingly collect their data.
