Effective 2026-06-06. These Subscription & Billing Terms supplement the Terms of Service and govern fees, trials, renewals, and cancellation for the PeakPro Service.
PeakPro is offered in tiered monthly plans. Your selected plan and its monthly fee are shown at checkout and on your Billing page. Fees are stated in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable taxes, which you are responsible for.
New subscriptions may include a 14-day free trial. You provide a payment method at signup, but your card is not charged during the trial. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged the then-current plan fee.
Your subscription renews automatically each billing cycle until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize PeakPro and its payment processor to charge your payment method the recurring plan fee (plus taxes) on each renewal date until you cancel. You can view renewal dates and manage your card on the Billing page (Stripe Customer Portal).
You may cancel anytime from the Billing page. If you cancel during a trial, it ends immediately and you are not charged. If you cancel a paid subscription, it remains active through the end of the current paid period and then does not renew. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
We may change plan prices. We will give at least 30 days’ notice (e.g., by email or in-app), and changes take effect on your next renewal. Continuing your subscription after the change means you accept the new price.
If a charge fails, we may retry and may suspend or limit the Service (read-only) until payment succeeds. Repeated failure may result in cancellation.
You are responsible for any sales, use, or similar taxes associated with your subscription, except taxes on our net income.
